    Hello! I was reading on a bulletin you posted about the elliptical. I just started working out yesterday and tried it for the first time. I did 30 min straight but I feel I should have done more. Anyways.. I wanted to ask you if you have any advice for me on how you pushed yourself or a workout plan that has helped you when you used the elliptical. Thanks!
