My reason for joining SparkPeople is to become more motivated, eat healthier, get stronger, and become more toned. I'm not trying to lose any significant amount of weight. In fact, gaining muscle is my major goal. I am working on my overall cardiovascular health and endurance, as well.

I'm 23 years old, 5'6", and around 130 pounds with 23% body fat. I was born and raised in Florida. I graduated from college where I double-majored in Criminology and Government & World Affairs.

My Goals:
*Get at least 7 hours of sleep every night.
*Drink 64oz of water daily.
*Strength train 3-4 times a week.
*Do at least 30 minutes of cardio 7 times a week.
*Track all calories!
*Do 15 real push-ups eventually.
*Work out consistently.
*Stay motivated.
*Begin eating healthier foods regularly.

My Program:
*Using SP Food Tracker.
*Using SP Fitness Tracker.
*Incorporating healthier foods into my diet.
*Strength training in the gym and at home.
*One hour Zumba classes three times a week.
*One hour Yoga class once a week.
*Biking, running, or elliptical on all other days of the week.
