I am still in the fight. This is the fight of my life. Family has taken over but I have to push forward and reach my goals.

The 3 P’s to a life style change:

Patience=you did not get this way in just one day this life style will take time

Persistent=you have to be Determine to reach your goals

Preparedness= be prepared to put “YOU FIRST”
Prepare your meals, exercise, relaxation

Everyone tells us to stay motivated. Our friends, our co-workers, our relatives say to keep going, don’t quit. Sometimes, though, you ask, "Why? Why try my hardest when it ends in disappointment? Why go through something when it’s going to hurt? Why?"

Because it’s going to be different this time! Because you can’t accomplish anything that you give up on. Disappointments and failures happen to everyone. The difference between those who reach their goals and those who don’t is staying motivated. If you’re motivated, you’ll keep going. If you keep going, eventually you’ll reach your goal.

My Goals:
My goals are to live a happy, healthy life.

My Program:
I currently get up every morning and at the gym by 6:30 A.M. I do cardio for 30 minutes and strength training.

Listen to Steve Harvey every morning for words of inspirations. His words of advice and wisdom sometimes make me cry . He actually gets me up and exercising. Thank you Steve Harvey.

Personal Information:
I am from Virginia and I love speding time with my family.

I love reading; my favorite author is Beverly Jenkins.

I love neo soul music, Jill Scott, Erykah Badu etc.

I am a married mother of 1 girl.

Other Information:
I am a huge Jill Scott fan.
