Thank you for commenting on my blog. I love all of your suggestions. This whole change is a process for me and I am realizing that I don't have to make it all or none. My husband is willing to get a container for some of our "stuff" and move it with us. I just have to be careful because what suits our lifestyle here in Calgary, Canada doesn't necessarily suit the Spanish home or lifestyle. 1919 days ago

Hi. Thanks for the comment! I am consuming 1200-1300 calories per day and keeping the fat grams between 20 and 30. I am walking at least 30 minutes (on hilly terrain) in the afternoons with my husband, and also drinking at least 8 - 8 oz. glasses of water each day. I eat one piece of fresh fruit and have incorporated lots of veggies into my diet. I feel so alive and happy!
If you plan the day's meals the night before, it makes it easier to keep track. Let me know if you need help, guidance, or a friend... I am here! 1921 days ago
