Introduction Text I am a happily married woman and I live in Southern Oregon. I have struggled with my weight since overcoming anorexia after the birth of my first child. I have had WLS 6 years ago and have slowly regained some of my weight after 5 years of maintaining. The stress and major life event have led to this weight gain... I m ready to regain control of my life!

1) To lose 67 pounds by October 31, 2016. 2) To track all food and exercise on a daily basis. 3) To feel more healthy.

Being mindful of what I consume and walking daily.



I ♥♥♥ Disneyland and Mickey Mouse. My husband and I are annual passholders and we visit twice a year.
