I'm ready for the next steps in life. It's time for positive changes. Starting with the way I see things. By looking for the positives instead of the negatives. Being realistic but still dreaming big. Believing in myself. If I don't believe in me who will. I know I'm smart and funny. People generally like me. But I'm ready to love myself and then so will the world. Metaphorically speaking.I will Believe in the greatness, the beauty and joy in life. I'll breath when faced with a roadblock. What is important to me? Now is the time to live each and everyday for the treasure it is.

Fitness Minutes: 19,322

My Goals:
Small goal- exercise at least 3 times a week

Small goal - eat at least 5 fruits and veggies a day

Small goal- Drink a gallon of water a day.

Middle size goal - Size 16 pants

My big big goal is to hit somewhere between 150-135

My Program:
A smoothie a day.

Small Breakfast and lunch, big dinner and 3 snacks

For the month of February I'm doing the
30 days of yoga with Adriene. I will also be spending time around the yard and starting an herb garden.

Drink a gallon of water a day.

Limit alcoholic beverages

Believing in myself

I just moved to Texas for our business. So new town, new people and new life goals.

I've decided to take back control of my life. I let myself spiral out of control for way to long.

It feels good to take control and see where I lead myself instead of following others.

    Thanks for answering my question, it all sounds great! I will be making your oatmeal this week, I've been searching for a filling morning meal and this sounds both delicious and satisfying. Nighttime eating is where my desire to stay on track begins to wane, lately I've been having a serving of Zesty Ranch Veggie Straws (they're salty like chips, so it feels like a big cheat, lol).

    If anyone can understand "stress filled weeks", it's me. emoticon I'm sending all of my good vibes your way, and hoping that your stress will lessen! I'm pushing through my stress, too!
