Well where do I start? It's been a crazy 6 months and I am finally back to being happy and secure, which played a major part in my lack of motavation to want to do anything. I am with a great company and I work with the most amazing ladies that play a very active role in my laughter every day!
One thing I have learned is that no matter what NOTHING is ever worth your happiness and self worth. The older I get the more I realize how much I need support in my life! And ask for HELP when needed. It's okay if you can't do everything on your own.
So I am starting this journey again and I need help. I got the gym thing down, my boyfreind has pledged to drag my butt to the gym even if I fight it every step of the way! Now next is eating right! I have no control over my eating habits, I am a snacker bad. When I am bored I want to eat. So lots of changes I hope!!!!

    Hey...sorry for the delay in getting back to you! I was away all last week on business, and was literally in seminars about 20 hours a day...UGHHHH! Hows it been going for you?!?! Have ya been to the gym a bunch since we tallked?!? tell, sounds like your boyfriend is super supportive, thats great for you...when did you meet him?? =D

    Yeah, the hcg didn't work for me either...thats a tough lifestyle to get with! lol What kind of weight loss doctor are you going to?? Your not even that heavy, silly girl! =) That's wonderful that your boyfriend is so supportive and gonna be joining you at the gym! Yay for a great guy in your life!!! =D
    I honestly gave up on weight loss the past 6 months or so...then once the new year hit, I got serious about it! I started back to it on the 5th, and so far I'm down nearly 13 I would say its going pretty good!!! The plus is, that its finally becoming a lifestyle, and not a its getting much, much easier!!!
    So, do you have any fun plans this weekend??

    My kids are fabulous, growing way too fast, but fabulous!!! =) you have a fancy new plan, or are you just doing the typical eat less move more routine?!
