Hi all! My name is Jessica, 27 year old wife and mother of one! I am here to help urge others on in their weight loss as well as get some positive influence for myself. I am trying to teach myself a better way of living!
My body weight has fluctuated for years now. I know it is not good for my health to keep going up and down like this, it is over all my bad eating habits that have had me up to 170#. I'm at 150# currently but I still have a lot of work to do. It has been very hard for me to eat healthy after 20+ years of bad habits. I'm mainly trying to cut out all of the processed crap which has been a major staple in my everyday food consumption. There cannot be anything good to be gained from this. I guess I'm trying to eat clean and I sort of use the Weight Watcher's points plus program and it is making a difference. I want to make it a way of life, not just a moment to moment thing.

My Goals:
My main goal is to take better care of myself. I am trying to make better decisions on what I am putting into my body as well as learning to love myself. I want to tone up. I love the "STRONG is the new skinny" quote. I don't want to be a bean pole. I want my curves, muscle and a STRONG body!

My Program:
I work out mostly three times a week. I do this after work so there are times that I would really just love to get in my car and drive straight home. I'm aiming at getting up to four times a week and making better food choices!

I absolutely love to read. I could sit for hours and devour a good book, although, that does not do much for my physical activity. I love how I feel after a good work out even though the challenge is actually getting to the gym. :)
