I'm starting again! I'm tired of carrying around all this extra weight. I'm tired of the back aches, the joint pains and extra baggage. With the help of SparkPeople and my friends, I'm going to make some positive changes in my life.....so that I can feel better and look better and truly be the enLIGHTened person that I strive to be.

My Goals:
My goal for this year is to lose 50 lbs. I want to lose weight and feel better! I have almost constant backpain from all my extra weight. I also plan to exercise at least 4 times a week doing things that I love to do.... like yoga, rollar skating and walking.
My Program:
Eating the right amount of calories. Drinking The Ulitmate Meal daily for opitimal health and body function. Getting plenty of fiber and limiting simple starches.
