My Goals:
Current goal: 5 pounds

My Program:
Love life!

Do it now!
• Eat three small meals per day and add fruits and veggies as my snacks.
• Never eat more calories than I can burn in a day.
• Eat 6 fruits & veggies each day and work up to 9 per day.
• Eat 2 servings of protein everyday.
• Drink 64 oz + of water and an additional 8 oz for each Rx every day.

Move, move, move!
• PT stretches and exercises daily.
• Six-pack exercise series daily.
• Shoulder exercise series 3 times each week.
• 12 minutes of cardio and increase duration and speed slowly to avoid an increase in pain or a setback on the "recovery road".

I love the change of seasons and of course, Fall is my favorite time of year!

    hey jane..really good to get a message on my page from u..even tho we pretty much see each other every not on sparks much..i got tired of all the tracking and i wasnt im just doing my own thing..all that tracking was stressing me out..i do like the articles tho and i try to anser any notes from pals like u and the others we play with. so have a nice day yourself and see ya over in game ville emoticon
