    I'm doing ok. Its pretty easy to get stressed. People are pretty intense in med school. I was talking to a therapist at school about my anxiety and said I was trying to lose weight. She said I shouldn't try to lose anything at all while I'm in school to just maintain. Its so hard because I stress eat. I haven't been entering my food because I made puppy chow last week! It was bad! I totally feel your pain on the break room thing. People seem to think they need to bring treats to every meeting. btw the organist for the wedding has stage 4 cancer, so... someone will be filling in for her. Do you think you'd be ok just coming a little early (like 4ish?) to the wedding to run through the song? I'm not really sure whats going on at this point :)

    Yeah I only noticed you commented because I saw it on the side where the announcements are. I did my workout! I've been slacking on tracking though the past few days with orientation. Its hard to track what I eat when I don't plan it I've found. I eat way too much then too! I've lost weight though!

    Ok Jess,
    I'm going to tell you my exercise plan for tomorrow so I'll actually do it. You're my fitness buddy now! I'm going to bike for 30 min and then do strength exercises. I have been bad about not doing strength at all. I need some muscles!

    I do the same thing! I'm fine until dinner time then I want ice cream. My birthday is tomorrow and I'm gonna try not to pig out but we'll see what happens
