Introduction Text Hello, I hope everyone is doing as well as can be. My name is Faith, I'm 24 and a mommy to two exceptionally wonderful kids (ages: 5 and 2). Well let's see, Over the past couple years i have some really horrific tradegies happen in my family which left my family broken. I've gained about 70lbs and now it's time to shed the weight that I carry not only physically , but emotionally. I'm ready for a new and improved version of an old me. I love helping people, so if you neeed a recipe, a workout plan, any ideas, or just an ear you know where to come. Time to let my journey begin....

Eat good food and workout. I like to workout(always did) so try and do that 4-5x weekly.
