    I try to get in at least an hour a day and I do have a day that I do not exercise and that is Saturday. It gives my body a chance to rest and recover. Plus it is the Lord's day. He said to rest on Saturday so I do. I am still trying to get my lungs back in shape since the pneumonia that I had in December/January time and it is taking longer than I want but I have to go by what my body says to go.     I have been very busy these days regarding my work, which is why I have no time to reply to your message. I am very glad that you are also a Christian, just like me. Concerning weight loss, I have tried a lot of methods and I am also a Professional. Diets do not work. So long as you are eating sensibly, that would be all right. The only thing that works is exercise, not the exercise that you can do leisurely, but the exercises that keep you panting for 45 minutes a day, 3 days in 1 week. In fact, I have joined the Turbulence Training for strengh training exercises which is the only key to lose weight. Although I may seem to know quite a bit, I have not been doing exercises faithfully, which is why I am stiil 208 lbs. I really hope you can fare better than me. Thank you for your time in reading my message.
