Why is it when we know what we want, we just can't seem to make it work? Is it the approach? Is it lack of motivation? It is laziness on my part? Life is hard, losing weight and getting healthy are hard work! It is a full-time job developing new healthier habits, working out, and keeping your home and work life in check and in balance. A million times I have said to myself, "next time I will do better." This is the first of many "next times." We are human, life is bumpy, but I am going tighten my seatbelt, set my eye on the prize, and give it everything I've got! Here is to setting myself up for a beautiful new journey!

My Goals:
My current goal is to lose 100 pounds total. My average is 190 to 200. That is where I am healthy and comfortable.
My aspirations are to incorporate some type of physical activity into every day, no matter if I'm feeling lazy, tie my shoes without running of of air, keep up with my 19-month-old neice, play with my godchildren in the park and not have to take so many rests, and fit in the rides at the amusement park. Simple pleasures.

My Program:
I am a Weight Watcher. I have been lackadaisical with program and then I beat myself up with "shoulda, woulda, coulda" at the scale. No more! Let's do this!!

Personal Information:
Born and raised in Wisconsin. This is where my family is, my in-laws, my friends, and I couldn't give that up for a second.

Other Information:
I am a book junkie. If only reading burned calories!! LOL!
