    Welcome, Jennifer, to SparkPeople. You have already proven you can do it. Congrats on sticking to the calorie range for a whole day.

    My best advice is never, never give up. So many times I used perfectionist all-or-nothing thinking. I'd be too perfect and then blow it and give up. When (not if) you slip, just do the best you can. Don't beat yourself up. Think about what happened so that you have a plan for the next time that situation happens. Eat healthy food often. Don't let yourself get too hungry.

    I am right there with you. I joined last January (so cliche) and dabbled for a few weeks before dropping out, and gaining another 10 pounds! So this week I jumped back in. And this time I am DETERMINED to actually use all the tools the site has to offer. I am amazed at all the great resources SP has. Let's really do this this time! Everyday, no matter how good or bad, let's commit to logging on, tracking, posting, and reading great info to keep us motivated. We can and will do it!
