stay under calorie requirement, drink lots of water, eat good foods, exercise, workout , breathe

Try to eat mostly unprocessed foods Limit oils/salt/sugar Eat complex carbs over simple carbs Avoid red meat/pork Avoid junk/processed foods as much as possible Cheat meals not cheat days if needed Just basically eat healthy and avoid food that is obviously bad for you!! EXERCISE PORTION CONTROL and lastly ..MOVE MORE!!!
