    It is worth it!!! During my times of losing I have had periods where it showed on the scales and not on the tape measure and vice versa, I also have to get through times of working hard and losing nothing - which is of course discouraging and makes you want to go and eat a big piece of chocolate cake!! Stay strong through those tough times and always always get back on track after bad days, keep on working at it because over the months those losses do mount up!!

    Thanks for your comments. I think I will tell my boys my plan and see if they can keep me on track. I guess it is good for them to be aware of food choices. I don't like them to eat too much junk so at one point I decided if I eat a treat then I would give them one too in hopes that that would stop me from eating it because I knew they would have to eat it too. That didn't work. We all just ended up pigging out. So I'll try your idea. Thanks.

    Thanks for the blog comment! You say you've mixed up your workouts...how did you do that? Was it a huge overhaul, or did you only change one or two things. I want to do that too, but I'm not sure how big of a change-up it needs to be.
