My name is Jen. I'm currently 30 years old. I have three children. My daughter is 10, my middle child was born sleeping about 7 years ago, and my miracle son is 5. I love photography and crafting and spending time with my family. I have piercings and tattoos and I'm a huge supporter of individuality. I've been over weight since I was 5 years old. I've been morbidly obese since I entered my 20 and life has never gotten any easier. I suffer from depression and anxiety. I'm here to help myself achieve the goals I've never been able to. I use to be on here and deleted my profile due to a really bad break down. I miss blogging on here so I have returned. Now is the time to take control of my life and show my children that you can be happy and healthy and that their Mom can lose weight and be around for them. My ultimate goal is to get down to a healthy weight and be around for my family. I want to show my daughter that you can eat and be healthy and not be fat.

Changing habits, cooking more meals, finding healthier alternatives, and not give up every time I fail.
