    No problem. The convenience of Medifast is great. I love the plan because it makes you really address eating in a logical way. It has a clear direction when it comes to lifelong eating habits. If you ever need my help between shipments shoot me an email. I have the "Lose It" app and it holds all my portions and ingredients for each recipe I make for my DIY WL Phase.

    Hi Jenn. Thanks for reading my blog. I have 1 shake a day faithfully. 1 for breakfast, and 1 for a afternoon refuel on alternate days. Other days I have something like Greek Yogurt. Keeping up with fiber is easy, I eat a lot of Spring Mix with my lean and greens. I also make an oatmeal for my refuels (1/2 oatmeal & 1/2 unprocessed bran) so that's an extra bump of fiber. I have an app called "Lose It" which is essential. :-) Oh, and I have a pic of how I eat during the day in my photos. I'll post it to my front page so you can see. I'm excited to follow your journey as well!
