Hello! My name is Jen & I am in need of motivation. I have struggled the majority of my life with weight issues. In 2004, I began working with a personal trainer & lost over 50 pounds. I finally reached my fitness goals, and kept my weight stable for a year. In 2005, I found out I was pregnant with my daughter. I have not been able to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. I will get within 15 pounds and have set backs...I am currently over 60 pounds away from my goal weight, so I am looking for motivation! I work at a high school that is basically a "last stop before jail"...very stressful & sad. Some people drink or do drugs to cope, I eat and it is something I need to change...I want exercise & clean eating to become my release instead of food...I want to get back to the point where I ate for energy to do my workouts...I want to learn to shop the perimeter of the grocery store again, and love to feel the burn....hopefully Sparkpeople can help me do this....I love the motivational pages of REAL people, who have had to overcome the same obstacles that I am embarking on....

Fitness Minutes: 9,338

My Goals:
1. To move every day whether it's doing circuit training or cardio! My goal is to be fit & healthy!
2. Eat cleaner...cut down on sweets & eating out!
3. Drink more water & green tea..cut out diet drinks. ( have successfully cut out sodas YAY!!!)
4. Read a motivational or success story everyday when I log on.
5. Complete Chalean Extreme before my 20 year high school reunion in September 2011.
6. Run a 5K

Cardio: Elliptical machine, walking, & spin class when I can get a sitter, Turbo Jam or other fitness videos
