Hi, I'm Jeanette from Charlotte, NC. I joined Sparks in June 2008 and have enjoyed the journey BUT IT'S TIME FOR A NEW BEGINNING--10 YEARS AND LOTS OF CHANGES

LATER.

And now it's MAY 2018--starting SUMMER Firecracker season. I have lost about 10 lbs. since my last comments, and that makes me very happy. So, I'll continue my current programs of eating and exercise.

It's the beginning of MAY. 2018 and I'm ready to be all I can be and I'm convinced that the SPARK TEAMS are the way to get there. I NEED this team and so do you--THIS TEAM has given me the tools I need to lose about 50 lbs so far and I still have a few to go....so WE ARE WORKING TOGETHER TO HIT MY GOALS.

My new mantra is NEV ER QUIT---When I find a good 'thing' I will hang in there until I reach my goal. However long that takes.

I AM DETERMINED TO DO WELL.
So--I will succed in losing all of the weight I want to lose.

I AM WOMAN--
AND--I will win this course of life.

I am going back to basics--sparing you a long list--
BUT my list will include:
Trying new and innovative diet changes
A GOOD ATTITUDE ABOUT ALL TEAM EFFORTS

WHATEVER IT TAKES is my motto. I am willing to give it my all to get healthy. I've done enough damage to this body. Now it's time to take care of it.

MY PLAN - SUMMER 2018
NEW START-AGAIN (I WILL START OVER UNTIL I AM AT "GOAL")
5% Challenge-fitness goals: RENEWING GOALS: May-2018
1. walk daily and increase steps daily
2. ex. at home
My primary goal is to become as healthy as I can be so that I will live long enough to see my GREAT. and--grand --children grow up. Family is extremely important to me and I am convinced that Grandmom is important to family, so, I MUST have a healthy body which means lower BMI --


So, Goal #1 - lower BMI to normal
2. Weight to normal for my height
3. Have better health, BP,cholesterol


My Program:
With the help of God I will meet my goals by healthy eating and daily exercise.

ABSOLUTELY NO ADDED SUGAR - GOAL TO BE MET NOW--STOP PUTTING IT OFF
LOW SALT.
LOW FAT.???
Checking out new diet programs--we'll see



Personal Information:
I am an open book so everything about me is open to you.
I am a lady from North Carolina, lived in MD until 1994, then moved to PA until 2007 when we moved to NC. Have 2 daughters in their 50s, and bonus son age 40.
Grands are 37 , 31, 28 22 and 8, plus 3 new great grands 6, 4 and 2






I am Loving life but wanting to see 'less of me' in my body.
Have lost 75 lbs as of 4/1/2017, now at 175, and hope to be down to 165 soon.



Other Information:
My favorite book would be the Bible since I read it daily. It is my strength in times of weakness.
