    It’s cold outside, but Spring is coming! Are you ready to join a Challenge? The Biggest Loser Challenge is looking for members for it’s next Challenge starting the first week of March. The challenge consists of 11 Teams, that participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges. These challenges can be modified to fit individual needs, allowing members of all abilities and dietary needs to participate.

    Here are some of the members comments written on a Survey Monkey poll:

    “The ITCs help me find new ways to add healthy choices to my life. “

    “I like the variety, novelty, and ingenuity of the weekly challenges. They push us out of our comfort zone. And get us to try something new. “

    “Participating in the challenges helps me stay on track better and I enjoy a little friendly competition. I also enjoy working on common goals with other members.”

    It appears that we have more things in common besides just our workout routine. I am about half way through "Breaking Dawn" and, I too, normally don't care for anything that is scifi or fantasy. 1 or 2 days a week I will now push my morning run to 2 1/2 miles. I am only running about a 9.5 minute mile, but with my asthma, that is about as far as I can push it. I would like to run a 5K this summer. It is really nice to "meet" you.

    Thank you so much for your cheer. I started yesterday by keeping attract of my calories and yes it is very hard. But I do know that I can do this. I am working in some exercises slowly because in the past the only exercise I would get is at work and when I play with my horses. But I am trying to work in an exercise session. I just have not quit figured out how to do it because I work a 7 on 7 off job schedule. I have a friend that joined also and when we are off together we are going to go for walks and work on her total gym. Thanks again and talk to you soon.
