NO fancy stories no excuses...I did this to myself now I have got to change it or live on BP meds and feel sorry for myself every day..I am tired of it and there is going to be a change. I want what we all want to be healthier... but, I know I need to want to be healthier and lose weight, more than I want to overeat! So, going in with a complete change of mind and heart this time...Pray for me please...and I will you! I know that you can do it! But, more importantly for today is I know I can too....I want to be around and healthy to spend time with my Husband and two grown daughters....I just turned sixty one, I want to have many more!!!!

I enjoy the ocean...I love to set back and relax and just listen to the rushing waves and sounds of the gulls over head...

I also love to write poetry and have lots of penpals and snailmailers..

I like doing floral arranging, crafts and drawing/painting
