I'm hoping to do this for real this time. I've tried to lose the weight so many times before. I don't know what will motivate me to finally do it, but I think this is at least a step in the right direction.

Hi, I am 22 years old and I just graduated from college with a degree in interior design. I'm tired of living my life, in part, unhappily... I know I have some self-esteem issues to work on, but I think that losing some weight would help in that department. I've tried sparkpages before, but didn't stick with it. This time I am going to! I'm done with the old me and working towards the new me!!! :)

My Goals:

- Be able to do all the things I've always wanted to, but felt held back from.

GOAL #1 - Get down to 275 lbs - reward: Buy Richard Simmons DVD set!

GOAL #2 - Get down to 250 lbs - reward: Buy a cute exercise outfit!

GOAL #3 - Get down to 225 lbs - reward: Get a nice pair of tennis shoes!

GOAL #4 - Get down to 200!!!! - reward: Go on a spa date with mom!

GOAL #5 - Get down to 175 lbs - reward: Get a super cute outfit!

FINAL GOAL - Get to 165 Reward - Get tattoo!


My Program:
Right now I am eating very low calories for breakfast and lunch (basically just fruits and veggies) and then for dinner whatever my mom cooks...lol! Without stuffing myself and then if I get hungry later a small snack, I'm trying not to eat after 7 or 8. For exercise I'm trying to work out to an exercise DVD almost everyday or do some other kind of activity.

My favorite books are harry potter series, east of eden, dandelion wine, and the bible

I like to do crafts, organize, watch TV, shop, and play with my dog...as well as other things, but those are in general my favorites
