If hunger isn't the problem, then food isn't the solution

My Goals:
-travel without having to worry about the size of airline seats
-be able to shop in regular stores, even if it means buying XL
-go to an amusment park & ride the rides again
-not worry about any kinds of seating that holds me back from doing things (concerts, plays, back yard bbqs-who wants to break the lawn chairs? not me!)
My Program:
I am trying to watch my carbs and exercise.
I find that I am not able to successfully watch fat/calories/carbs at the same time. so being that i'm diabetic, they want me to watch my carbs and exercise for 20 minutes after each meal.

i was just diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Looking to make a real change in my life. I have tried & failed many times with weight loss, but I'm feeling motivated and really want to get healthy....before even more health problems start.
