I'm a 40 ur old who was recently diagnosed with lupus on December 20,2015. I purchased the 21 day fix by Autumn Calabrese and beachbody. So far I've lost 5lbs and 15.7 inches off my body. I'm trying to attain a healthier lifestyle. My goal is to reach my target weight of 150lbs by April 2017.
