My new life style started in March. I was at that doctor when my blood pressure sky high...I want to say it was 210/90...... they told me i could be having a heart attack. They shoved some Nitros down my troat and called the ambulance. Long story short I was having a panic attack. I am currently on 2 blood pressure pills and a pill to calm my nerves. I had a scare and now I am totally commited to get on the right track. Before I joined SparkPeople about a month ago I had lost about 15 pounds just by not drinking pop, then i started eating healthy and adding some Yoga. In July I joined SparkPeople starting working out about 30 min a day. I feel better than I have in a long time.

To be Healthier!! I would like to be between 160 and 150, and curvy!! To get off blood pressure meds.



I am from Tallmadge, Ohio. I am fourty something with three kids. I am very proud of all of my children. My sons are going in the Army. My oldest son is going to Europe, my yougest son is going to Afganistan after Christmas. I will surely miss them.
