I'm working on making healthy changes in my life to lose extra weight/fat. Spark People suggests that I should weigh in at 135lbs but I might adjust that based on how I feel and look at certain weights. I know it is the oldest excuse in the book, but my body does have a large bone structure and I most certainly do not want to look sickly.

I've always been preoccupied with other peoples' opinions of what I need to look like but this time I'm going to focus on how I feel about myself and how I feel. I need to get healthy for me, not somebody else; I am going to lose this weight and get fit on MY terms at MY own pace comparing myself to nobody but ME.

*My first short term goal is to be down to solid 175lbs by June 30th. That is my 21st birthday and would mean a solid weight loss of about 13lbs!

I'd love to get some support and am looking for a buddy!

My Goals:
I want to feel healthy and comfortable in my skin.

I'd like to:
-lose 1-2lbs per week
-cut back on eating sweets
-exercise atleast 15 minutes per day
-find something to occupy my mind other than food

My Program:
-drink more water

-start exercising - any little bit helps!

-get enough sleep

-I'm also experimenting with Quick Trim Extreme Burn supplements
