    Hery Lady! Sorry i work Thurs-Saturday always from like 6am to midnight my time. So, I don't get anytime on the computer. Needless,to say my job is the reason I eat so bad and don't exercise much. I am not off to a good start I must say, scarfed pizza for breakfast and nachos for lunch, had a cookie to...but i turned down a brownie :-) small accomplishment. So I was thinking maybe email will be better to communicate more effeciantly? I have my phone hooked up to my email and facebook so let me know if you want to exchange any of that infromation, i'll send you mine in a private message. Let me knwo how you did!

    We have fitness challenges every month - they are exercises we do above and beyond what we normally do each day. Just to give our workouts a little added boost and burn a few extra calories everyday.
