Fitness Minutes: 19,115

My Goals:
Right now I weigh 217lbs, my goal is 174lbs, but if I get out of the 200s I'd be the happiest man on earth. I usually get down to 214lbs, but I start going back up for some reason. Immediate goal is 100 anything even 199.9lbs would make me happy.

My Program:
 My wife and I are members of a semi popular Gym (L A Fitness). We go there 4 days a week. And so far we really enjoy our time there. I'm trying to learn cooking and cooking healthy meals so I can stay away from the fast food joints. (Ha) I welcome good recipes


Personal Information:
I'm originally from Memphis TN, but , currently live in Wesley Chapel, FL, right outside Tampa, FL.

    Your illnesses are all opportunities and you are only given what you can handle AND as you walk the talk you are going to have more and more people who will be helped by your testimony.

    Remember that as corny as it sounds all of us have in our circle of influence something around 280 people AT LEAST. The days that you feel that you are slogging through it and it just has so little impact remember that you most influence those you never even know are watching. Our words are powerful (and I'm an English major and a writer so you know I have to be in love with words) but our actions can have life changing impacts, good and bad.

    Hey, thanks for the comment. I am actually able to teacher history or english for grades 6-12. I just applied to the only 3 english positions available in Manatee County. There weren't any history positions open so we will see. I will be a first year teacher so I'm pretty nervous but excited at the same time.

    Hey, my name is Laura. I was searching through my groups to see if anyone lived relatively close by. I found you in my military group. My husband is in the Army and stationed at MacDill. We live a bit south of there in Palmetto. If you don't know where that is we are just over the skyway bridge south of st. pete. It was just nice to see an active fellow sparker in the area. I just started 3 weeks ago but I know that I will succeed. This is an amazing site. I hope you are doing well and keep up the GREAT work!!! emoticon
