Getting back to the old me!
I'm the loving mother of a beautiful three year old. Before adding more joy to my life than I could ever imagine I had a body I was really happy with even though I was still a bit on the heavy side. I can't put all the blame on having a child and a busy schedule though. Along with everyday challenges I ate like crap, ate too much, and sat on my butt all the time. I've always kinda yo-yo dieted, I would stay focused and go to weigh in and not see the results I wanted then binge. I also tend ...

I can't put all the blame on having a child and a busy schedule though. Along with everyday challenges I ate like crap, ate too much, and sat on my butt all the time. I've always kinda yo-yo dieted, I would stay focused and go to weigh in and not see the results I wanted then binge. I also tend to get ahead of myself. I start losing and get really excited about it then I start planning for all the things I'm going to do to keep losing weight or make me lose more. Before I know it I have this huge plan and now way of actually getting it all done so I give up. This time around I just want to take it one week at a time. I'm also finding a love for walking that I didn't know I had. I can't wait to see how everything unfolds....HAHA! Get it! UN-Folds.
