    Thanks for the encouragement on my blog! About the bread dilemma, if I were you, I would give it to charity! Surely there is a soup kitchen, shelter, or homeless person nearby who could benefit from your mom's delicious bread even more than you!

    Also, I've found that alcohol's greatest danger is not the calories it has in and of itself but the way it makes me think I can eat a plate of chili cheese fries and other drunk food. If you don't mind being the only sober person in your group then seltzer water is the way to go.

    Yeah! We have the same starting weight, 135 pounds is an excellent goal! Mine was 55kg first but, Now that Im almost reaching that weight I find out that 55 isnt so great for me, maybe because im really small hehe just 1.54m (and all my family is skinny! Maybe genetic)
    If I can do it, of course you can!!! ;D
