Introduction Text Time ticks on. I fell off the wagon in October and although continued to exercise I began consuming sugar and sugar carbs again and have put 10lbs back on. I know that is the source of pleasure and my pain. A love hate relationship i continue to struggle with. I am admitting it which is one of the steps needed to change it. Looking forward to the spring and have signed up for a mud run with fellow coworkers that i attend xfit with weekly.

2015 Short term: Track my nutrition daily. Drink 6-8 cups of water daily. Write in my journal daily Med Goals: Establish a workout routine at the beginning of each week that is flexible enough to handle changes and still allow me to accomplish. Take a picture of myself and smile about it. Long term: Run at least 1 5K. Run a 5K under 34 min. Run 5 miles without walking and feel good about it..LOL

A wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend, neighbor, veteran, community volunteer.

A few other things I would like to work on in 2013 - Getting up earlier on the weekends - Going to church more - Going through closets, clothes, filing cabinets and purging!
