HI, I am 63 and have been up and down with my weight. Need to get back to my regurlar size so I am back with SP to give it a try.My life is busy with 8 adult children and almost 28 grandkids as of next month. My mother lives in a home with dementia and I spend 3 days a week with her. This is going on 6 years so it leaves little time for me. My goal is to get back to a healthy weight for my age and to take better care of myself

My Goals:
My goal is to get down to a comfortable size for my age. Now have more to lose then when I started a year ago but the amount does not matter the motivation and sticking with it is what is important to me..

My Program:
I am trying to eat healthy everyday, tracking my calories and exercising doing walking tapes and step aerobics with weights. I am exercising at least 5 days a week. My problem is not with meals but with my snack. Trying to switch to healthy low cal snacks. I am drinking at least 10 glasses of water a day and trying to keep a positive attitude and not beat myself up over slips.

Personal Information:
I am from Papillion, Nebraska. Have lived in Omaha, Neb most of my life. Married with 8 grown children and 21 grandkids. . No longer work but spend at least 3 full days with my mother to keep her socialized and prolong the progress of her dementia

Other Information:
I love to go to the movies with my husband on Sunday and hate going out to eat as I can't keep my portions down when I go out. No special interest as I am busy enough spending time with family.
