May 2016 my diagnosis of Fibromyalgia, pretty much changed my world. With all the trials of medication and not being able to work, I packed on the pounds. I was already over weight to begin with. I have always struggled with weight, depression and anxeity...and now chronic pain from Degenerative disc in my lower back and neck .. and now Fibromyalgia. I want to find a way to turn my life around. Update 2018...need to start again. Next month is my Disability Hearing.. I'll be releaved to get ...
