Hello Jasmine! I've only been using SP for 2 weeks and it's really helped me. I have never been one to record everything I eat because I though it was too time consuming. I have been using the nutrition tracker and that has been what has helped the most. I have been very honest and have recorded everything. I now really have to want something and know I will track it before I eat it. The nutrition tracker lets you enter in foods not listed and keep a list of your favorites. It is very easy to use.
