Other Information:
Working on staying awake to the journey, movement, and enjoying my life. As of 2/14, I just became a member of the Mid-Lakes Chorus of Sweet Adelines. All possible because I lost weight. I wouldn't haven't been able to stand or perform before!

    Hi Jackie- emoticon for reading my new goal blog. I started Oct 22 at 275lbs & today I am at 225-- What I focus on are weight loss challenges that I have joined. I like the ones where you are required to participate in their activities. I started out exercising 3 days a week for 15-20 minutes. Now I am doing at least 45 minutes a day 5-6 days a week and 1 or 2 days at 20. I try to stay in my calorie range but appx. twice a week I go over. I try to do strength 3 times a week & cardio 3 times a week. 7th day I keep it simple. But the challenges where they make me get up off of my bottom are good for me. I get extra minutes in. And playing music that make you want to move helps too!. No hidden secrets--and if I don't have any motivation I do 10 minutes. I made a promise to me ---by Dec 31, 2018 I will weigh 179 that is this year's goal! I've been averaging 15-19 lbs every 8 weeks. I only have 46 more to go for this year! I will make this goal!! And I keep updating my tracker info every 10lbs! I try to set a 5% weight loss for every 8 weeks. That's what I do. Thank for asking! emoticon
