61 lbs lost and never found again, or else.........


I am done, tired, fed up with all this weight and the toll it is taking on my body. I want my life back, my energy back and most of all I want to be a more energetic parent and partner.

My goal is to be under 300 by July 1st. PLease follow my progress and leave me comments :)

Smaller portion sizes

8 cups of water or more

min. 1 hour of exercise per day!!

no binge eating, unless its FRUIT:-)
