Actual Loss: 14.4 lbs

Goal Loss: 5.0 - 5.6 lbs
Actual Loss: 6.4 lbs, 20.8 lbs to date

MORE ABOUT ME:
Hi! My name is Jamie. I am a twenty-six year old, married, Mom of one. I live in PA and work as an Accountant.

My son Connor was born in April, and I fell into the first time Mom rut: putting my child's needs before all others, gaining weight and altogether "letting myself go."

I've decided 2010 will be a year of finding myself again. I started my weight loss plan on December 27, 2009 since I was too anxious to wait for the new year. One month in, I've lost over ten pounds. My plan is to get myself into the middle of the healthy BMI range for my height by the end of 2010.

My hubby, Eric is on this journey with me too. He also has much weight to lose, so we're making lifestyle changes together.

I'm also in therapy to help battle some personal issues, and I'm hoping that in the progress of dealing with those demons, some of my emotional/binge eating habits resolve themselves. I'm the QUEEN of eating because I'm unhappy - and being unhappy because I eat!

My Goals:
Get into healthy BMI range by 12/31/10.

Lose at least 5 lbs per month.

Exercise at least 90 minutes per week.

Get into a single digit pants/dress size.


My Program:
I am following the SlimFast 3-2-1 Plan with a slight modification. My plan consists of 3 one hundred-fifty calorie snacks, 2 SlimFast shakes or bars, and 1 five hundred calorie meal, or 1350 calories total per day.

My exercise DVDs of choice are Leslie Sansone's "Walk Away the Pounds Express" and Leslie Sansone's "You Can Do Pilates."



Personal Information:
I'm 26 years old.

I've dated Eric since June 2000, and we've been married since July 2005.

We reside in Pennsylvania.

I work as an accountant for a local Head Start agency.

Our son Connor was born in April 2009.

We have a beagle named Gunner and a gray tiger cat named Lilo,


Other Information:
I love TrueBlood and the Sookie Stackhouse novels. Twilight is for babies!

I love any music that has a beat, and my current obsession is Lady Gaga.

I enjoy cooking of all forms: day-to-day, gourmet, and baking.

I have OCD when it comes to couponing and grocery shopping. I'm obsessed with saving as much money as possible.

I LOVE to shop, and I'm specifically addicted to buying shoes.
