Hi my name is Jacque.
I started SparkPeople April 5, 2010. During my time with Spark I have learned a lot about myself and how to be healthy. I went down 2 sizes and lost 10 pounds my first year and kept it off for 5 years. I am still down 2 sizes, but have put back on 8 pounds. I had big hopes for 2017, but found I had too many excuses to go far. The last few months I have had a policy of do what I can and not worry about the rest. I have not lost weight, but have lost inches so it is still a victory. I still have long way to go to get to my goal weight/size, but am not quitting. 2018 is going to be even better than 2017. I don't know what the future holds, but I am excited to find out.

Be a size 12 by Summer 2018.
Be a size 10 by December 2018.

My Program:
Spring 5% Challenge Exercise Commitment
*Walk Away the Pounds M/W/F 45 minutes
*Dance class Tuesday 60 minutes
*Walk at lunch Tuesday/Thursday
*Increase time of plank from 30 seconds to one minute or more, by completing a plank daily and increasing my time as I am able
Spring 5% Challenge nutrition Commitment
*Tracking food
*Stay within calorie range
*Prepare my breakfast and lunches for the work week on Sunday for easy access and less excuses for eating out
*No eating out for breakfast and lunch
*Ask kids and husband to keep trigger foods out of sight though.

I am from Lakewood Colorado. I am a Special Education teacher and the mother of 3 (19, 17 and 12). I love to read. I love all genres, but mostly science fiction/fantasy. I love to hike, dance and spend time outside. I would love to find someone to check in with me often and help hold me accountable.
