As I begin a new year I have new goals for myself and a new vision of what my life should, could and will be. I am determined to be involved with life and not just watch it pass me by. This year is a new fresh start and I really need it. I can't wait to see what this year brings to me.

Goal weight is 110 by January 2010.

Goal Rewards:
140 lbs- pedicure
130 lbs- new running shoes
120 lbs- new hair do
110 lbs- shopping spree for new clothes to fit my hot bot

I have 2 cats. I live with 2 of my 3 best friends. I love to run at night. I love 80's work out videos and random varieties of music.

I love to knit and crochet. I am a music addict and love to write though in the past years I have a block preventing me from writing.
