Hi there! I saw your comment about the Island Lap and just wanted to chime in...I asked the same question! It really depends on how fast you run it...I found a better way to judge distance was to do the Free Run...you can choose 10,20 or 30 min. and then when you're done, it tells you the difference...I hope this was helpful...good luck to you...you're doing GREAT!!!
