My Goals:
To take some weight off my knees :) some off the rest of my body would also be good

To stop my destructive eating habits.

To start (and then continue) running/jogging

To lower my cholesterol

To remain active so I can enjoy 'fun' stuff w/ my grandson and his parents ;)

My Program:
 *Tracking my food everyday
*Drinking 10+ glasses of water every day
*Journalling to try to figure out why I overeat
*Exercising 3-6 times a week


Personal Information:
I am a 56 year-old Mother, Mother-in Law and Grandmother (hence Jack's Mimi :)

Live in Rising Sun, MD now but this is my 3rd MD county :)
Have lived in CT, NY (both upstate and LI), IN, and GA

Work in HR - love it most days

Other Information:
 Hobbies: Reading, walking/hiking, sewing, gardening, kayaking, antiquing, self-help/discovery, yoga...and I guess that's enough for now :)
