I am 21 and am going to lose weight so that I can be healthy when I get pregnant, and what a great motivator that is cause I really want a baby :-) lol

-I would like to lose 10 pounds a month. -My goal weight is 125. -Once I reach my over all goal weight my goal is to be able to keep that forever lol -Walk 10-15 miles a week.

I plan to workout 4-6 times a week for 30-45 minutes and then I go out and walk 2-3 miles a day.

I just recently moved to Monticello, Utah, it is a great place to live I love it. I have been married for 2 and a half years and love every minute of it. I am loosing weight so that I will be more healthy for when we get pregnant.
