    Hey thank you for stopping by my blog and the encouragement... I try to get in at least 4500 to 5000 steps daily, whether walking or simply moving around the house doing my chores. I make sure that I don't sit for more than 45 mins at a time an d at least get 100 steps in an hour from 9:00 am to 9 pm
