    I am sooo sorry that I haven't been around to support you! I have been trying to deal with family drama and a foot injury. I turned to food instead of getting the support I needed.

    Now I am trying to heal physicaly and get my head back in the right mindset to lose weight.

    I am upset with myself to choosing to eat to deal with stress. I know that I am hurting myself but, I keep repeating this pattern.

    I hurt my heel doing Zumba three weeks ago and had to stop. Now I have also hurt my shoulder and I am in a lot of pain.

    I plan to do the 5K race on Saturday but, have not been able to train due to my heel. I don't know if I will be able to finish the race but, I am going to try anyway. I really wanted to be able to do my best but, now I just want to be able to finish it.

    I would like to get back to losing weight. I have a big goal this year of losing 65 lbs. I need to get going!

    I would like to get back to supporting each other on this journey. I don't want to keep giving up on myself. I know I can do this if I stay focused.

    I hope you are doing well. Texting may be a good way to keep connected even when I try to give up on myself by not logging on SP.

    Thank you so much for the mat. Funny thing, mine went missing. Turned out it fell behind some boxes meant to be taken to the charity shop . Same day it got found!

    Have a sparking good week. You deserve great things. Giving yourself better health is one of them. Yours is an amazing story.

    Just stopped by to say "howdy!" and see how you are doing. I have been sooo busy lately. I haven't made much time to get on Spark but, I am eating healthy for the most part and doing my exercise. I drink 8+ glasses of water per day and try to stay positive even though the scale is not moving much.

    I am doing everything right except, at night, I am craving sugar and carbs and I blow my calories by eating an extra 500!!! If I can just get that under control I would be losing weight.

    I have lost 1/2 a pound this week and I do feel stronger. Zumba class is getting easier now which means I don't feel like I am totally going to pass out! LOL

    I hope you are keeping on track with your food and exercise. I am still determined to get this program working again. I am focusing on my new goal for February. I want to lose 10 lbs.

    I also signed up for a 5K race with a friend of mine and we are training once a week for that. It is a "Firefly" race which means it is at night and we wear lights! I am looking forward to it...it should be a lot of fun!
