    Take small steps. I started with all sort of programs. They work to a point and then I fail in several aspect of life. Then I discovered that if I accept the way it is and become aware my brain started to make adjustment for me. Unless we change our brain we cannot change our body, thoughts and ability to reach our goals.

    One small step is to start exercise regime. Exercise creates endorphins that help us feel good. Also it stimulates blood flow to our brain and increases oxygen. The brain needs this dose on daily bases for Brain to get healthier.

    The second step is to become aware of our habits, how we do them and what we do. I call it our constitution. How we are made up. Each one of us different just like leaves on a tree. It loosed it leaves in Fall but blossoms in Spring again and each leaf is unique.

    Sahara, you are this unique and blessed. Each day count 5 blessing you have each day and be thankful for each. For example... “Being grateful for waking up in the morning” or having someone in your life (even if you feel cramped by them...) find one good deed they did for you and be grateful. You do it with you heart and mind. You start being grateful for small things in life including a cup of Java and anything that feels good.

    Start with 12 min a day and slowly build on it. Start your walk at regular space for 2 min and then walk as fast as you can for 1 min. repeat this 4 times and you are done. Now does this sound hard? You love food. Keep track of food you eat and everything. Spend 5 min each day on spark to fill out. Over a week you will see your pattern of eating. Don't feel guilty or even think about what you are eating. This is you and how you feel good. It is OK. Let us work towards changing brain first.

    Don't worry; you will train your brain over next month. As you become aware of your eating style your brain will modify it for you.
