    I just put a picture up of me beating on my drum. We dance jump skip etc our feet while moving our arms up down side to side all to loud fast music. We follow the leader. We laugh and sing while we are doing all of that. It's the best.

    Do you listen when you body tells you, that you are hungry or do you just ignore it and keep going?

    This for me is hard to do. I'm beginning to learn to feed hunger. Believe it or not, even at my age, that is a new concept for me. Right I'm tracking meal times. I go by the clock, and when I don't I'm amazed that my body says it's time, what are you waiting for. This is what I mean by listening to your body. I know if I ignore that meal or skip it all together it just complicates my next meal, because I'm super hungry. So I don't try and skip meals, but that's not always feasible, so I try and stick as close as I can.

    Thank you for answering me on what those exercises are. I'm going to look them up. I'm not physically able to do something like that yet. I still have a long way to come before I feel fit enough to do a more intense workout. Those exercises sound like something that really gives you a workout to the max! I'm glad you are able to do them.
