My Goals:
I want to lose 20 kg in 7 months which, is very difficult, because I don't like sports.

My Program:
 I don't have any programs right now.First I need to motivate myself to 1. start doing exercises;2. eat healthy and 3. learn to live a healthier life.


Personal Information:
I have many spikes spine, problems with wrists and knees, poor circulation in the lower extremitis, slightly elevated cholesterol, moderate depressive syndrome.Gradually grew fat and I stopped caring about my appearance.
