I started P90X. I absolutely love it and have been doing it everyday! I feel great! I have more energy and I can tell a difference in my strength!

The only thing I'm terrible at is eating and saying "NO!" to the amazing chocolate cake at the party. I may not have to lose alot of weight, but I have a belly that needs shrinking, and diabetes and obesity runs in my family. So I want to be healthy as well. I would like to lose about 25 lbs or so. I just need some encouragement.

I came across this site and I have been having a ball! It has everything I need to track what I eat and to help me with an eating plan! I cant wait to get started!

If yall are wondering about my background. These are all woman I think are beautiful. Not that I'm striving to look like any of them, (although if I did end up looking like them, I would super happy) but they are my inspiration in many different ways. I'm not sure who some of them are, but I still think they are drop dead gorgeous. :)

    Dropping by with a warm welcome to Spark People. I wanted to wish you much success on reaching all your goals. The key to remember is that there are no quick fixes. This is a lifestyle change. Create goals. Long term and lots of mini short ones. Take baby steps, reward yourself when you reach mini goals and don't beat yourself up if you mess up. This is something you have the rest of your life to get right. Keep exercise enjoyable and remember to switch it up it shouldn't be punishment. Also, try to make small changes weekly to your eating habits. Switch up a side dish, add a new fruit or veggie, remove a snack, etc. BUT, do not force yourself to give up everything you like. Everything is fine in moderation. Lastly, use the trackers here at spark. They really let you see exactly where your trouble zones are.
